Thank you for commissioning a custom adaptation of Shadows of New Orleans.

This purchase includes a customized version of the show for your ensemble for the current competitive season, along with digital delivery of all final performance materials, including full scores, parts, and sound design files, provided after payment is received in full.

Draft scores, partial movements, mockups, and preview materials may be shared during the writing process for review and feedback. These materials are for reference only and may not be used for performance.

Customization requests such as instrumentation changes, difficulty adjustments, electronics, solo modifications, or duration changes are included as outlined in the approved invoice. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional time or fees.

Licensing for any copyrighted works used in the show is the responsibility of the client and is not included in the purchase price.

All sales are final once final materials have been delivered.
